Renew Our World Launch in Mozambique
The Renew Our World song is a global call to worship, prayer and action.
Christians around the world are invited to join hands, hearts, and voices in solidarity to pray, lament, heal, worship, and raise our voices for the renewal of our world.
Renew Our World is a global campaign, harnessing the spirit and power of worship, prayer and faithful advocacy to protect people and planet. We are a growing global movement of Christians seeking to live justly and take action for the love of God’s creation and our neighbours, especially those suffering poverty, hunger and hardship in the changing climate. Together, we can join in God’s work to renew all of creation.
You can sing along to the Renew Our World song in your church or home. Share a video or photo on social media with hashtag #RenewOurWorld and your voice will join the global chorus for change.
Here you’ll find tips and ideas to organise a worship moment in your church or community, including singing the Renew Our World worship song! Together, we can lead a global movement of people to worship, pray and take action for global justice and restoration.
It’s time to turn our worship into action. As we raise our voices in song, let us also speak up for justice. Join us in asking our national leaders to keep the promises they made when they signed the landmark Paris Agreement. We will deliver this petition to government decision-makers in December.
Take a video or photo of yourself or your church singing the worship song and share it on social media with hashtag #RenewOurWorld
In December, we will collate a creative montage music video with diverse Christian voices from around the world singing as one global chorus. We’ll personally deliver this artwork with a petition to government leaders at the UN climate talks to amplify the voice of the global Church calling for moral action on climate change.
The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has brought together the world's leading climate scientists to release a major new report on the effects of climate change.
